[packman] Mesa-drivers x86_64 build fails with out-of-memory

Hello everyone,

The x86_64 build of mesa drivers is currently failing due to out-of-memory:
https://pmbs.links2linux.org/package/live_build_log/Essentials/A_tw-Mesa:drivers/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/x86_64

It seems like some x86_64 workers have insufficient memory to build Mesa
at the moment, is there anything we can do about that?
