[packman] Incorrect libfmt dependency version for kodi?

This is caused by the package "kodi" not being enabled for build for
TW/aarch64. Therefore the build of kodi.binary-addons for aarch64 fails
due to the missing package "kodi-devel". As you can see, "kodi" itself
could be installed on your system, but only if you decide to deinstall
the package kodi.binary-addons-pvr.mythtv-19.4-2.2.aarch64.
@Multimedia maintainers: can someone please enable the build of "kodi"
for aarch64 on TW?
