Sorry, I have checked and you seemd compile the Mesa successfully with
respect to the AMD GPU you are using.

So, let's test it and confirm.

1. download the video from youtube using youtube-dl or yt-dlp as
follows;

    yt-dlp https://youtu.be/CPR1I40C70Y --recode-video mp4

or

    youtube-dl https://youtu.be/CPR1I40C70Y --recode-video mp4

Then you will get this video;

Procol Harum - A Whiter Shade of Pale (1967) [High Quality Sound, Subtitled] [CPR1I40C70Y].mp4

2. check the codec of the video

 Within this output, you will find the folowing;


Stream #0:0[0x1](eng): Video: h264 (High) (avc1 / 0x31637661), yuv420p(progressive), 644x480 [SAR 1:1 DAR 161:120], 610 kb/s, 25 fps, 25 tbr, 12800 tbn (default)


This indicates that the codec of the video is h264, and if this can be
played back by vlc, this is confirmation of a successful Mesa
compilation.
