It is obvious that the files are missing, but since I can not know how
the build from source was done, please show the result by doing the
following;

1. Download Mesa-22.3.3-1420.1.src.rpm, and Mesa-drivers-22.3.3-1418.2.src.rpm from

  https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/X11:/XOrg/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/src/

Then, build 2 files as follows;

2-1.
  
  # rpmbuild --rebuild -D 'BUILD_ORIG 1' --define="__check_files %{nil}" Mesa-22.3.3-1420.1.src.rpm
 
2-1. 

  # rpmbuild --rebuild -D 'BUILD_ORIG 1' --define="__check_files %{nil}" Mesa-drivers-22.3.3-1418.2.src.rpm

Install the resulting files.

Thus, please show the result of this;

$ vdpauinfo

PS. For some reason, I get a lot of spam from South Africa every
day....
