Please follow the instructions laid out on https://pmbs.links2linux.de/:

1. sign up on the page (right side, e.g. enter username, email address
   and a password, click "Sign Up").
2. subscribe to the mailing list packman at links2linux dot de, and
3. send a mail to that list introducing yourself (preferably mentioning 
   your username).

I need that trigger to activate your account, as the build system
software does not have a notification mechanism notifying admins of
pending new user sign-up.
