[packman] Ffmpeg-6 only for Tumbleweed/Slowroll?

Hi there,

I am currently working on getting the upcoming new version of Kodi 21
Omega (currently at beta 2) to build in PMBS. Amongst several updates,
one of the most crucial issues is that it needs ffmpeg-6 and refuses to
build with anything before that.

Currently we only enable Tumbleweed and Slowroll in
Essentials/A_tw-ffmpeg-6, but we would also need openSUSE_Leap_15.5 and
openSUSE_Leap_15.6. Does anybody know of a reason why we shouldn't
enable the latter two, too?
