[packman] FFmpeg-4 for X86_64 (ffmpeg-4-4.4-pm154.2.7.x86_64.rpm)

I just install openSUSE 15.4 and see that this RPM doesn't seem to have 
been compiled with h264_nvenc support, is there another RPM for the same 
ffmpeg release level with this switched on?
