[packman] libavcodec59-32bit

thank you for your answer.

No ffmpeg-4 on my system. I have ffmpeg-5 from packman. Tumbleweed offers this 
one too.

When I want to switch libavcodec59-32bit to Packman it shows (in german):

das zu installierende libavcodec59-32bit-5.1.1-2.2.x86_64 erfordert 
'libjxl.so.0.7',aber diese Anforderung kann nicht bereit gestellt werden.

Solution: It wants change architecture to i586 for the following libs

libjxl0
libhwyo
libSDL2_image and 17 more
