[packman] makemkv-1.17.2 works again on TW (was: Re: glibc 2.36 update in Tumbleweed causes makemkv 1.17.1-1.5 to launch with fatal error)

Hi there,

I just updated the package in Packman to the new version 1.7.2 and
successfully tested it on my Tumbleweed system using snapshot 20221008!

Please give it a try!
