[packman] Is aMule abandoned?

Hallo,
aMule needs a fix for the upcoming Leap 15.4 release.
I have submitted a request a couple of months ago

but no one accepted/rejected it.
I also requested to become the maintainer for the aMule package
(https://pmbs.links2linux.org/request/show/5547)
but, again, no one acted on such request.
I also wrote to this list about such requests
(https://lists.links2linux.de/pipermail/packman/2022-April/017113.html)
but again, no answer.

Is that normal?
