[packman] Kodi needs a newer libnfs on openSUSE_Leap_15.4, too

Hi there,

Leap 15.4 comes with an ancient version 1.11.0 for package libnfs. It's
obviously inherited from SUSE:SLE-15:GA, which is probably why.

For Leap 15.3 there was a similar situation which is why we created a
package

  A_15.3-libnfs

in Multimedia linking to openSUSE.org:openSUSE:Factory/libnfs

I just created sr#5537 to get a similar package for Leap 15.4 in
Multimedia, but it doesn't look right as it would create a normal
package, not a link!

Can some please create a new

  Multimedia/A_15.4-libnfs

pointing to openSUSE.org:openSUSE:Factory/libnfs and make it build for
Leap 15.4 only and set the publish flag for it?

FWIW, I have deleted the SR now.
