[packman] Repo setup of Multimedia for openSUSE_Leap_15.3 broken

Found the reason. The "BuildRequire: libsmbclient-devel" does not work
anymore due to the fact that that package got replaced by the new
package "samba-devel".

@Sagi, can you please approve the corresponding change?
