[packman] Supplements missing in Packman repositories (createrepo issue)

This is most probably caused by the version of createrepo used at our
publishing server. We push all builds from PMBS to said publishing
server, where all packages are signed with the packman key, and put in
the then published repos for download.

It is unlikely, that this will change in the near future due to lack of
time.
