[packman] ffmpeg-4 on Leap 15.4

Hello.

Fisrt of all, thanks you all for your amazing job.

Then, is there a reason we keep use version 4.4 of ffmpeg instead of 
version 4.4.2 which is the latest version of ffmpeg-4 on Leap 15.4? 
ffmpeg version 4.4 contain some serious bugs like 
https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/9205 and 
https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/9193 will make applications like Peertube 
can't work at all.

Is there a hope we can use version 4.4.2 on Leap 15.4 soon?
