[packman] PMBS up again

Hi Packmans,

PMBS is up again, with no data loss.
Before I started the update of the hypervisor, I suspended all machines,
and they started up nicely, once I was able to regain control of the
server.

I will have to re-install the hypervisor once again and move away from
the USB stick. Please expect another downtime next week, but I will
properly announce it this time.
