[packman] PMBS will be down today - Saturday, Feb 12th - for some time

Hi all,

as mentioned a weekend before last I have to reinstall the hypervisor
for my virtual machines, including PMBS, due to storage media issues.
I plan on doing this today, and will have to shut down PMBS for that
purpose later today.
The exact timeframe depends on the availability of a rescue terminal at
the hoster, so please expect PMBS to be down any minute now.

I will get back to you once everything is back up.
