It appears the package is missing the following dependency

librist4

as OBS fails to start with the following error:

error: Failed to get properties for encoder '' (ffmpeg_aac)
error: Could not enumerate any AAC encoder bitrates
error: Failed to create aac streaming encoder (simple output)
info: [obs-websocket] [obs_module_unload] Shutting down...

The issue was posted on Reddit where I found the solution.

Installing librist4 solves the issue allowing OBS to start.
