Hello Ulf,

don't use this package. The vivaldi version is three years old
Use instead the package (repo) directly from Vivaldi:
https://help.vivaldi.com/desktop/install-update/manual-setup-vivaldi-linux-repositories/#ZYpp_OpenSUSE
