Sorry but surely this should be something that is resolved once by the
release team and not something that every user has to be expert and
knowledgeable enough to solve for themselves?

I don't know what this does, for example. I'm sure I could look it up,
but it's only the fact that I happen to be subscribed to this list that
means I've even seen it. It's not self-evident.

Does it help me set up YaST somehow? So YaST behaves as it used to, and
stops telling me repositories can't be refreshed?
