[packman] Kodi 19 needs newer "libcdio" on Leap 15.2 - or what's the difference between "libcdio" and "A_15.2-libcdio"?

thanks go to Olaf for creating the two packages in the Multimedia
repo!

Regarding the issue below, Olaf also had the right fix in order to get
A_15.2-libcdio package building: there was an additional cdio-utils.spec
in that package which after its removal allowed the package to start
building... Strange, but if it works, OK.
