[packman] Packman / Leap 15.3 repos contain only debuginfo/debugsource

Hello packman team,

seems like packman repositories for Leap 15.3 (Beta) currently contain
only -debuginfo and -debugsource packages.

Is that known issue? I realize we're early in Beta phase.

Just wanted to give you headsup that our RC is aiming at late April and
Gold Master build is planned for Late May.

Aside from that I received a complain that the I did receive a complain
that http://packman.inode.at/ is nreturning 403 for about a week and
some people are unhappy. I did already message mirror admin mailing
list. But I'm not sure if it's going to get solved this way.
