[packman] PMBS - project metadata for openSUSE:Leap:15.3 is wrong

Hi there,

I'm currently trying to upgrade my 15.2 systems to 15.3; most of it
works, but there is no MPlayer package available in PMBS for 15.3.

Checking the build dependencies indeed shows:

Looking at how the openSUSE:Leap:15.3 target is set up in Essentials'
metadata, then makes it somehow clear/obvious, why it is failing to
build:

  <repository name="openSUSE_Leap_15.3">
    <path project="build-compare" repository="bc"/>
    <path project="openSUSE.org:openSUSE:Leap:15.3:Update" repository="standard"/>
    <arch>aarch64</arch>
    <arch>armv7l</arch>
    <arch>i586</arch>
    <arch>x86_64</arch>
  </repository>

I'd expect an additional line like the following one to appear after the
:Update path:

    <path project="openSUSE.org:openSUSE:Leap:15.3" repository="standard"/>

Can someone who has the necessary permissions in PMBS add it to the
Essentials project, please?
