[packman] PMBS downtime - it takes longer

Hi Packmans,

transfer of PMBS takes longer than expected, 15 hours in I see only 45%
moved. 
Unfortunately the bandwidth used is reduced to about 200MBit/s, from
something around 500MBit/s Yesterday in the afternoon. I am running 3
moves in parallel, in order to clean up the old VM's home until Monday,
I cannot really speed things up.

I now expect PMBS to be transferred during the early morning hours of
monday, an will then probably being able to start it up again Monday
before noon.
