Wolfgang is right. Opera needs also chromium-ffmpeg-extra.
Most videos on Youtube e.g. work, but on other sites you get

MediaEvent: {"error":"FFmpegDemuxer: no supported streams"}

without chromium-ffmpeg-extra.

Tested now with Opera 73.0.3856.344
