This is a bug in OBS.

Why would the publisher produce a "openSUSE_Leap_15.3" and a "openSUSE_Leap_15.3_debug" directory, like it is done in another unrelated prj just for 15.3:

The same happens in PMBS, which confuses its publishing process. There is nothing to fix in PMBS AFAICS.
