Thanks for the report. I created a branch without the ffmpeg version 
restriciton [1].

The binaries can be download via the following command:

osc getbinaries home:boombatower:branches:Multimedia obs-studio 
openSUSE_Tumbleweed x86_64

I may have time to test them out later, but no guarantee.
