[packman] PBMS hickup - again, but is running again

Hi packmans,

Yesterday at 7:18 p.m. CEST my storage box (Synology DS620slim) had
another connectivity fault, rendering all VMs residing there
unresponsive, including PMBS.
This morning I could revive everything, and used the interruption to
update my VMware environment, and rebooted the Synology.
All VMs are back since 11:35 a.m. CET.

I double checked PMBS for any corrupt files, and as far as I can see,
everything should work.
If you see any irregularities, please contact me.

The fault, the Synology develops, seems to stem from the el-cheapo
network chip RTL8168, which under certain conditions freezes for a short
time with the error message "(r8169): transmit queue 0 timed out". This
happened two weeks ago with the first adapter, yesterday it was the
second one. I have disabled TCP segment offloading manually now, which
should be a temporary fix for this behavior.

Greetings,

Stefan
