[packman] [tumbleweed] update issues with libhogweed+others missing

Hello

I just did a fresh install of openSUSE TW this morning, updated to 
current and added packman repo using the commands from openSUSE wiki.

I am getting the  following when I try to update with vendor change:

I didn't change anything other than adding packman repo.
