Unfortunately there isn't any easy self-service-interface, and the OBS 
people don't care (see https://github.com/openSUSE/open-build-service/
issues/699).

Nevertheless I can reset your password. Please send me a GPG-signed mail 
from your pmbs account's email address, preferably with your public key 
published to a keyserver.
I can then send you a new password in an encrypted reply.
