[packman] Kodi binary-plugins 18.8 vs NFS

Hi there,

in case someone realizes that there is no kodi.binary-addons-vfs.nfs
package for version 18.8 which got just released/built today, you can
safely remove the package in case you have it installed. Kodi Leia (i.e.
the 18.x branch) has builtin support for NFS sources, so there's no need
for such an addon.
