Hello!

Looking at the repo, there doesn't seem to be a package available for
ffmpeg-4 and OpenSUSE Leap 15.1. There are several other packages available
for ffmpeg-4, such as ffmpeg-4-debugsource, ffmpeg-4-libavcodec-devel,
etc.... but the main program package isn't listed. Is there a reason that
there's no package for ffmpeg-4? Or is this a mistake in the repo?
