[packman] PMBS mode - done

Hi packmans,

the server is moved and running again. 
I have not tested publishing yet, and will have a look at it later 
today, or tomorrow.

There are no x86_64 workers ATM. I will address this later - I am 
swamped at work and at home also, but I promise, I will do something 
about it.
