[packman] PMBS - DNS issues

Hi packmans,

in preparation of the move we changed the DNS entries, unfortunately we 
made a mistake. At the moment pmbs.links2linux.de points to a wrong 
name. We hope to get it fixed later today.
For the time being, please access 
pmbs.links2linux.org.
