yep, the .spec file only suggests this as a potential source of trouble:

  BuildRequires:  pkgconfig(libavcodec) >= 58.18.100

Dunno if the packages built and provided at OBS have the same codecs
enabled that we might have on Packman.

I'm just test-building the package from multimedia:libs in my home project on
OBS. Will see how that works out...
