[packman] PMBS broken for aarch64?

Hi Guillaume,
I completely forgot about your request.
I have updated PMBS to OBS 2.9.5 about two weeks ago. 
With the OBS repo is a build-20180111-1.5, which is older than the one 
delivered with Leap 42.3, but I am not sure if 
a) it is a good a idea to use a different version than delivered with 
OBS, and
b) it is installable without initiating a huge dependency hell.
Is the 20180111 version not solving your build problem?
