[packman] aMule for Leap 15.1

Hello friends,
I would like to use "aMule" for openSUSE Leap 15.1. Unfortunately there
is no such package.

I downloaded the source rpm for Tumbleweed. The compilation per

rpmbuild --rebuild aMule-2.3.2.20181119.20afd75fa-1.26.src.rpm

was successful. The program start failed with the following error message:

Fatal Error: Mismatch between the program and library build versions
detected. The library used 2.8 (no debug,Unicode,compiler with C++ ABI
1011,wx containers,compatible with 2.6), and your program used 2.8 (no
debug,Unicode,compiler with C++ ABI 1013,wx containers,compatible with 2.6).
