[packman] Mythmetadatalookup fails to run

The modules tvdb_api.py (v2.0 or greater).
They should have been installed along with the MythTV python bindings.

Given the result of --version above, I looked at the ttvdb.py source and
found:

    __title__ ="TheTVDB.com";
    __author__="R.D.Vaughan"
    __version__="2.0.0"
