[packman] Mythmetadatalookup fails to run

/usr/share/mythtv/metadata/Television/ttvdb.py does not run, as it
"cannot import name ssl_match_hostname", thereby preventing
mythmetadatalookup from working properly on Tumbleweed (20190718):

    > /usr/share/mythtv/metadata/Television/ttvdb.py

    The modules tvdb_api.py (v2.0 or greater).
    They should have been installed along with the MythTV python bindings.
    Error:(cannot import name ssl_match_hostname)


I've tried installing:

    python2-tvdb_api (due to earlier error messages that it was missing)
    python3-tvdb_api (due to earlier error messages that it was missing)
    python3-backports.ssl_match_hostname
    (python2-backports.ssl_match_hostname was already installed)
    python2-requests-futures
    python3-requests-futures
    python3-requests-html


all to no avail.  What am I missing?
