[packman] Kodi PVR addons issue

Hi Sagi,

I've been trying to get this to work since yesterday, but so far no luck.
>From the links you provided, I'm not sure which ones to download.  I don't
see anything that says pvr or iptvsimple.  I registered for an account, but
it hasn't been enabled yet.  I've now tried to build my own from the build
instructions you linked to, but the cmake fails with the error message
configuring incomplete, errors occurred.  But I tried to complete it anyway
& then got this error: No targets specified and no makefile found.  Is it
possible for you to compile it for me & convert it to an RPM for me to
install?  That might take some of the guesswork out of what I'm trying to
do in case I missed something.  I'm not very good at compiling things, so
I'm sorry about that.
