[packman] Kodi Leia PVR Addons: vuplus missing - any chance to get it back?

Hmm, according to

  <https://kodi.wiki/view/Add-on:Enigma2_Client>

it should be available directly from the Kodi v18 "Leia" add-on
repository. Will check... If so, *I* don't need kodi.binary-addons and
therefore no updated libarchive13 package ;)
