[packman] [openSUSE Leap 42.3] Missing ffplay in ffmpeg-3 3.4.4-10.1

Hello,

thanks for all your work. Using Packman since using SuSE 6.2.

I have updated all my machines from 12.3 to Leap 42.3 (later this year
to Leap 15.1), but now I am missing ffplay in ffmpeg-3-3.4.4.10.1.

Is there a reason for not packaging ffplay in ffmpeg-3 for openSUSE
Leap 42.3?
