[packman] New mirror

Hello everyone!

I have set up an http mirror for Packman (openSUSE too) and I would like to 
know:
- if rsync'ing any server is fine (ie: packman.inode.at or ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de). JFYI, my server is located in Nuremberg
- the frecuency for the rsync cron job (run every 8 runs)

Any tips/suggestions are also welcome!
