[packman] [PM] ffmpeg 3.4.2-lp150.3.1 (openSUSE_Leap 15.0/armv7hl)

Hi!

openSUSE-15.0 just started shipping libavcodec58 and libavformat58 as 
dependency for the new Chromium-67 browser update.

If I install allow openSUSE to update Chromium and install libav*58, MP4 
doesn't work anymore in Chromium.

Additionally libav*58 also seems to overlay libavcodec57 and libavformat57 
from Packman for Firefox, so it also becomes impossible to play MP4 in 
Firefox.
