I searched for dvbcut on packman but I couldn't locate it.
So I packaged version 0.7.2 and submitted it to multimedia:apps. $GOD willing, it should reach Factory in a few weeks and then it can be linked to PMBS.
Meanwhile you can use the one in my home project on Packman, if you wish.
