[packman] vlc vs. libmatroska on SLE 12

Hi,

the updated libmatroska library causes problems with vlc on SLE 12:

    Package libmatroska6-1.4.9-3.1 (Upgrade from 1.4.8-4.1) FAILED!
       vlc-noX-2.2.8-1.6.x86_64 depends on current version

Both packages are from "Distribution: Essentials / SLE_12"
