[packman] MythTV TV metadata lookups not working (python-mythtv?)

Metadata lookups haven't been working for me recently.  After some
investigation, I found that ttvdb.py was complaining that requests_cache
was not installed.  Following the lead in
https://forum.mythtv.org/viewtopic.php?p=11611, I installed pip and
requests_cache, but I still get the following error:

    > /usr/share/mythtv/metadata/Television/ttvdb.py -t

    The modules tvdb_api.py (v2.0 or greater).
    They should have been installed along with the MythTV python bindings.
    Error:(No module named requests_cache)


Any ideas?  The error message suggesting a packaging issue, but I'm
happy with a workaround, too.
