[packman] MPV-0.25.0-15.2 lacks file picker

Is there a way, plugin maybe, to get mpv to open a file same way as with other
apps via a menu, instead of having to open some GUI file manager I never use to
DND from? Ordinarily I would use VLC or SMplayer, but both refuse to play
certain video streams my DVB STBs create, either crashing trying (VLC) or plays
only audio (SMplayer).
