I've got past the libdvdcss configure error by requiring
pkgconfig(libidn2) for Tumbleweed. now I need to find out why
libdvdread configure fails to find libdvdcss.
What I don't understand is none of these are related to ffmpeg and why
tis wasn't a problem before.
