[packman] Multimedia:kodi broken by ffmpeg 3.4

Ya, that's from recent log, wasn't the case before. Which is only
adding the confusion.

https://code.videolan.org/videolan/libdvdcss/commits/master doesn't
look like it has https://github.com/xbmc/libdvdcss/commits/master
merged
