[packman] Kodi doesn't play videos with latest ffmpeg

Hi Peter,

Kodi for openSUSE is build against ffmpeg from openSUSE repositories and
not from Kodi source.
I pushed an update to my repo
https://pmbs.links2linux.de/package/show/home:sagiben/kodi
you can try it, once the build finish.
